Each year at the Arnold’s Sports and Fitness Expo, I get to visit with fans that I proudly call my friends after so many years at this event. I love it when Ethan comes to visit because I always take my seat for our annual photo together. Next year I think I’ll get him to rub my feet 😉

After Saturday nights finals I made my way to the annual “Party with the Pro’s”, where I met up with two very handsome blokes from down under. What possessed them to challenge me in a gun fight, I’ll never know:)

“Have you always had a big clit?” That’s the question I got today. And the answer is, yes… yes I have. I have always had a big clit, big lips and big nipples. I’m always working on new ways to improve my site for my members. Today I am happy to report that my programmer finished my latest site upgrade. By modifying my live cam platform, my members now have the option of expanding the viewing screen size for a larger picture.  Two screen size settings lets you decide the size of the screen you want to watch me on.  And that’s not all, if you want to schedule a private 1 on 1 cam / chat session with me, you can now also send me a cam feed too. I got into the gym late today, but my back workout felt great. Sometimes you go into the gym and you feel like you are part of the machine. The movement is smooth, you feel strong and you sense that your body is thanking you for testing it. For pushing it to new heights, for helping it grow stronger. My body craves the stimulation and I love the results…all of them! xoxo Denise

After playing in the LA rain and hail storm this morning, I made my way to my eye doctors appointment to get my eyes checked. I own two pair of prescription glasses, but I don’t wear them much… (unless I’m feeling extra bitchy of course and then I wear my super bitchy Channels 🙂 ). The truth is I’ve always been a little nearsighted (not to be confused with shortsighted 🙂  and don’t usually feel I need my glasses at my desk etc. Anyway, in the end, my new eye doctor liked what he saw, and even though he says my eyes haven’t changed much, it looks like I will be wearing my bitchy glassed every time I’m in the drivers seat 😉 Which of course means all that time. <wink/wink>   Re-Focused, xoxo Denise
