Dear Friends, I’ve been on the road all week, traveling on business. Today was more of the same but in a very different way. I spent the day rolling up my sleeves and digging into all kinds of work that needs to be done and although I spent most of the day in meetings, I did have some fun getting my hands dirty on some mechanical issues early this morning. When I’m on the road getting to the gym is not always doable so working in the yard and under the hood makes for a really good substitute. So there you have it, I’m getting into the nitty gritty in all kinds of way! xoxo Denise
Got out of the house and into the fresh air. I’m feeling much better and good enough to pack my healthy breakfast for the road and drive into the mountains. Not sure if I should have been playing in the snow but I couldn’t really help myself. One minute I was in the desert and the next minute I was looking at snow. The great outdoors does a body good. During today’s photo shoot I got pelted by a squirrel who was having breakfast in a tree right over my head. It was raining nuts and shells for over 15 minutes.
On location in sunny Florida – wrestling a super busy schedule filled with lots and lots of work. I’m bouncing back and forth between business meetings and photo shoots with several new fantastic female bodybuilding role models. Never a dull moment… even in the back bays of the gulf coast. Stay tuned for some more sample pictures and more news on whats going on behind the scenes each day. I won’t be able to answer emails for the next week but I promise to get to my mail as soon as I get back to the real world 😛

Today’s live cam show post is loaded with sexy female muscle flexing and my brand new blue crotchless panties. Yep, I spent some time on Hollywood boulevard and came home with my new favorite panties. Crotchless is the way to go, watch for your self, the 1 hour show is live now 🙂
The Florida weather makes shooting and posing outdoors extra, extra hot, but that doesn’t bug me because the more pumped my muscle gets and the more I sweat, the better I think my muscles look. In the end, the perfect place for this photo and video shoot is my personal kiddy pool on the front lawn. Don’t you just love my fins! The rest of the set just got posted to my members area here.
