I’m going to miss a few workouts this weekend because of the Olympia weekend so I plan on doubling up tomorrow by doing one of my workouts on live webcam. Grab a towel and a water bottle and let me whip you into shape.

I got back in town in time to make it to my webcam show tomorrow night. You haven’t heard from me in a few days because I was on the road. I got back into the office and had plenty of paper work, messages and calls screaming for my attention but first I want to catch up on some news. My live cam show archives section has been upgraded and updated with a new video player and thumb nail viewing station that delivers a new and improved viewing experience. We are a few tweaks away from having this new function perfected and starting on Saturday, 8/20 you can sample every show with scrolling thumbnail images and you can fast forward or rewind every show at will. A belated Birthday celebration included going to see Brooklyn, New York based band “TV on The Radio” in LA at the Music Box last night. I wore a tight fitted wet look black catsuit that would allow me to be comfortable and flexible 🙂 The venue was a fun place to listen to the upbeat eclectic sounds “TV on the Radio” are so popular for. I put my diet aside and indulged in a glass of white wine, but I think I burned off most of those extra calories with all the dancing I was doing in my seat. One of my new favorite songs from their new CD “Nine types of light” is “Anytime will do”.

Business is business but at the end of the day its the personal connections you make with people that make the greatest impacts on your life and the life of others. Every time I stretch myself in an effort to get to know you better I grow my mind, and my perspective is altered in ways that titillate every one of my fibers. On my way to do my private live cam shows today I just had to stop and play with with the fall leaves in the yard. While I did my shows, I had my lawn boy rake up my mess. I love fall!

I like to start my days working up a hot sweat before I hit the gym and then the office. Its been a productive week, filled with lots of roller coaster rides (and you know how I like roller coaster rides). Anyway, the weekend is shaping up to be pretty exciting as I gear up for some sexy holiday parties and pictures!
