You already know I’ve changed up my training routine for my up coming Warrior Dash 5k obstacle course for St Jude on October 27th, so you won’t be surprised to know that I’m doing push up and chin-ups. I have two weeks to go and I’m working my core and keeping it tight.

From Las Vegas to Los Angeles following the 2012 Olympia weekend. Today was a day of travel. These are just a few images from the expo, with more photos of the people and the fun I had while I was there. I’m turning in early so that I can start my day with a run first thing in the morning. I am officially 27 days away from my challenge and 40 % of the way towards my goal. Train like a warrior!

I’m headed to Las Vegas for this years Mr. and Ms. Olympia competition and I look forward to spending time with all of my fans and friends at the expo on Friday and Saturday. Seeing all of the amazing professional women and men bodybuilders, and all of the fitness stars is always a thrilling and inspiring experience, but meeting the fans is where I get my biggest charge.
