2015 is here but I realize that I can’t go into the new year without looking back at the last one. It’s the people, places and experiences, both good and bad that help to shape our lives and bring meaning to it all. Each challenge we face is an opportunity for growth (sometimes I have to say this out loud and as a reminder when things get really difficult). I have so many people to thank for making my life crazier, funnier, more beautiful and more meaningful. This is my MissFits 4 Life 2014 team. They have taught me so much and so have you. Thank you for the Inspiration, Thank you for the laughs and thank you for following us into the mud. MUD? Did we really do that again? Yes we did. We are the MissFits 4 Life.

Today was my first workout following my week off fighting my cold. It was great to get into my home gym for a sexy hard pump in front of my members. The show did not go off without a few internet issues but once I got the system rolling again it was all pumped biceps, nude dead-lifts, lot’s of washboard ab flexing, muscle posing and deep squats on my fat dildo Ryan. Walking around the Comikaze Convention last month I was really excited to meet comic book artist Karl Altstaetter, who happened to be working on a comic book sketch at the time. I immediately loved his work and started drooling. I wanted Karl to do a Miss Fit 4 Life drawing and I was delighted when he said he would. This is the result of a photo I took that day to give Karl something to work with and the end result. Do you see the resemblance?  My passion became part of my mission 3 years ago. Inspired by so many of you when I started running for St Jude, my mission continues today. The great news is Karl Altstaetter,is now on his own fitness journey. Health and Fitness be yours!

I hope this message finds all who see’s it healthy, happy and well rested following the long Thanksgiving weekend. And for those of you who don’t celebrate Thanksgiving, I still wish you the same health, happiness and good rest. My Thanksgiving was a bit unusual in that I spent Thanksgiving day traveling for over 10 hours with connecting flights and layovers. All and all it was not unpleasant, just long. Yesterday was a forced rest day for me because I was under the weather. Today I’m keeping my fingers crossed that whatever was bugging me yesterday has passed. Nothing that was planned for my big Thanksgiving weekend worked out so far, but, even though I’ve had my disappointments, I can’t help but be more thankful for all that I have and that includes you!
