I’m heading to “The Fit Expo” in Los Angeles tomorrow. Meeting friends and fans and I hope to see you there!

For immediate release! I’m heading to Las Vegas for the 2014 “AVN Adult Entertainment Expo” at “the Hard Rock Hotel and Casino”. Come meet me for a picture and introduce yourself to me on Friday and Saturday. I’ll be at the “Clips 4 Sale” booth on Friday, January 17th from 4-6pm and on Saturday, January 18th from 2-4pm.  The rest of the time will be spent walking around the expo looking for new toys and I don’t know what. I’m very excited about the weekend, this will be my very first time at the AVN and who know what I will discover. I feel like a kid going to Disney for the very first time…it’s Las Vegas After All!

It’s been a super busy week in the office following my exciting Mud Run weekend and Halloween. I have lot’s of work to catch up on and lot’s of emails to get out too. I am really behind in a lot of my calls and follow ups, so if you are waiting to hear from me, I promise that I haven’t forgotten about you and I WILL catch up with you. I’ve been an athlete my entire life and I have always taken part in ensuring that I do my part to live a healthy, fit life. This is the lifestyle I love promoting and the lifestyle I practice. I realized a long time ago that health is our greatest asset. Today my family will bury my aunt Carmen.  Today would have been her 60th birthday. She fought a long hard battle with cancer and I have always felt helpless when I thought of her struggles. Carmen is the reason I started running for St Jude last year. I run for the people I know who are fighting cancer.  This is my small way of promoting health and fitness while doing something to help. I know I won’t change the harsh reality of cancer, but at least I’ve found a way to stop feeling completely helpless about it. I am an Active-ist and doing my St Jude Warrior Dash on Oct. 26th is part of my Acitive-ism.

I added my Olympia 2013 weekend expo photo coverage and the Ms. Olympia Physique and Ms. Olympia women’s bodybuilding competition shots to my members area. At the expo I had lots of fun getting some very important crossfit training tips from one of the greatest female trainers I know. I’m hoping the training tips I got will help me with my Oct. 26th Warrior Dash Mud Run. I also met with tons of amazing athletes and had a blast talking to fans and posing with super humans and superheros. I’m heading to Las Vegas for the 2013 Mr. and Ms. Olympia weekend. I’m so excited about seeing all of my friends from the bodybuilding and fitness world I can hardly wait to get there. I will be spending some of my time at the Europa Sports Nutrition booth signing autographs and meeting fans so please come see me if you are going to be there! This weekend was spent in San Diego for the annual Hope Mission 2013.  I worked with 35 other real life superheroes feeding the homeless and distributing personal care items to the needy. This is my 3rd annual Hope mission and each year I am filled with gratitude and appreciation for the people I share this experience with. After the Hope mission I had a lot of fun spending time at Comic Con. Batman, Bane, Robot-humanoids and lots of other characters I’ve never seen before. I’ll be posting more images to my members area soon. How was your weekend?

I’m back in the gym training hard and loving it.  Today I did a hardcore back workout and tomorrow I’ll be training my legs early in the day and then getting ready to flex my naked muscle on webcam for my members. I love it when my body feels pumped and full and round. Even my white panties have a bulge. I may just have to do my member webcam show from my bedroom tomorrow night.
