I agreed to be the first woman to enter the RX Muscle Iron Debate in a 90 minute back and forth with Chris Aceto and Dave Palumbo on RX Muscle.com last night. The topics included the state of Women’s Bodybuilding vs the Women’s Physique category, what I think about the fans of women’s bodybuilding, with the most intensely debated part of the discussion surrounding adult entertainment and bodybuilding. Walking around the Comikaze Convention last month I was really excited to meet comic book artist Karl Altstaetter, who happened to be working on a comic book sketch at the time. I immediately loved his work and started drooling. I wanted Karl to do a Miss Fit 4 Life drawing and I was delighted when he said he would. This is the result of a photo I took that day to give Karl something to work with and the end result. Do you see the resemblance?  My passion became part of my mission 3 years ago. Inspired by so many of you when I started running for St Jude, my mission continues today. The great news is Karl Altstaetter,is now on his own fitness journey. Health and Fitness be yours!

A busy day of work turns into a fun evening of lessons with my members during my live cam show last night. Spanish lessons and some muscle butt flexing turns into a lesson on how I like to hump you. It’s all fun and it’s all live. Watch the archive now!

This years Halloween was partly spent at the LA Convention center enjoying all of the cos-players at Stan Lee’s Comikaze convention. The place was crawling with all kinds of Super heroes, nerds and geeks fantasizing and living out the weekend as their favorite characters, heroes and villains from all kinds of Hollywood blockbuster movies, Television Shows and the world of gaming. It’s midnight and I’m in bed in Northern California. Tomorrow morning I will meet my team the MissFits 4 Life at the NorCal Warrior Dash event. We will navigate 3.2 miles of hills and obstacles in our final attempt to earn every dollar donation we have collected for the kids of St Jude Children’s Research Hospital. I have done a lot of running and a lot of fundraising for this cause and I’m not done yet. My goal is to make my team the top fundraising team for St Jude and my promise is to keep fundraising until I am in the mud. I have many people to thank for the support that I have gotten and I look forward to doing my next thank you video, but first this MissFit 4 Life has to get some Zzzzz.
