It’s National Coffee Day, and I love my morning cup of Joe, and especially when it’s Leg Day at the gym. Thank you to my fellow coffee lovers, who have sent me yummy coffee from Hawaii and Starbucks over the years. I enjoy the aroma, the flavor and the perky way my body and brain responds to each sip. Dare I say that this sweet bean has helped me and my brain believe in and work towards all kinds of possibilities. For those who enjoy it, Happy National Coffee Day.
