Yesterday was chest day at the gym and does anybody else also think that today is Monday? LOL. Anyway I hope you had a nice Independence Day. I worked a portion of the day and I enjoyed some family time too. Also, I wanted to update members on the status of my most recent live cam show archive. I am currently waiting on my tech help to post the archive to the members area. The show did archive successfully and should be up soon!
