As a life long advocate and promoter of strength training it is with great joy that I get to wish one of my dearest friends from the bodybuilding world a Happy 89th Birthday. I have had the great privilege to know Albert the bodybuilding legend and the great man. He works out at Gold Gym 5-6 times a week and he spends his time training others on the same training principles that keep him going strong. This is what I want to be doing when I am his age.
