I’m working on ramping up my “You Tube channel” so that I can share my fitness, strength training, diet and lifestyle flow with you. If you have any interest in how I do my workouts, what I eat to maintain my muscle tone and conditioning or how I handle my schedule to fit it all in, (while still running my business and household), I will share that with you too.
It gets hectic and I LOVE IT!
