Flexing after my delt workout today. You know that I have dedicated most of my life to fitness, but when I speak of strength training and bodybuilding I’m also advocating building longevity, good mental health, creativity, cognition, attitude and SO MUCH MORE. What are your fountain of youth rituals? I would like to know.
