When you think you got a problem solved and you took care of your people, but you learn that the problem still persists and so you ARE FORCED TO DRIVE TECH SUPPORT CRAZY. A little humor really does go a long way, but I do get frustrated when my patience is tested multiple times. I am still working on corrections, updates and improvements for my members.
