I have been doing all I can to allow my cold to work its way through my system. Lot’s of soup, tea, EmergenC, vitamins, minerals, raw ginger and the list goes on. I am also getting lot’s of rest so that I can get back on track in a big way. I have lots planned in the next few weeks and my date with the mud is fast approaching. The truth is I am a bit frustrated and getting bored with this process, but I know what I have to do, and I am slowly getting rid of this chest cold so watch out! Now who wants to share a beer soup? xo Denise
