So I seem to be dealing with the same exact symptoms I had when I got the last upper respirator infection aka chest cold back in December. The circumstances included the same events too. I was traveling, working long hours, training and going to an expo with thousands of people, so getting sick is pretty easy to do. Anyway, I’m doing my job and staying away from the gym and the track and I’m getting my rest so that I can get back on track with my schedule and my running. You can’t keep a bull woman down 🙂 xo Denise
