My running intervals and fundraising continue as I approach my Oct. 18th Warrior Dash Mud run. Shin splits may be slowing me down but it won’t stop me. Every time I run and hike the hills I think about my team, my sponsors, people I have know and love who have fought cancer, and the people I’m raising money for. The amazing thing about this entire experience is that it is teaching me a lot. And, I’m also building my endurance, so you better watch out because I’m getting stronger!!!
Today I packaged a T-shirt I wore for yesterdays run to one of my sponsors. I’m focused on doing what it takes to reach my goal to raise $5,000 for St Jude. And I am currently at $3,810.00. Maybe I should auction off all of my workout clothing and then I won’t have to do any laundry and I can just go shopping for more! <smile> Have you sponsored your muscle Goddess yet?
