I made a stop into the Los Angeles Fit Expo this weekend. It was loaded with all sorts of fun fitness events and lots of great people. My buddy Ronnie Coleman was there and I loved seeing the Sumo wrestling, weight lifting, strongman, crossfit and bikini competitions who packed the LA convention center. All of this makes me very excited about the Arnold Sports Festival in Columbus, Ohio. Get your tickets and come meet me at the Muscle Pinup Booth in Ohio on March 1- 3rd.
