I’m sitting at a table in Barnes & Noble, sipping on a Venti Iced Black Coffee and wondering if I should have ordered an Iced Black Red Eye (at least I think that’s what they call it when you ask for an extra shot of caffeine). I’ve been traveling the beautiful Pacific North West since Friday and although I’m enjoying the scenery, the hours have been long. Lot’s of moving around means little sleep and no gym time, unless of course you call lots of walking and lots of luggage hauling a workout. Either way I’m inspired as I travel new roads, explore new places and I pump my body and mind full of new experiences, people, places and things. Have a great Tuesday! – Denise

Bella, a red eye, is a cup of coffee with a shot of espresso. Which can be iced – so, you are correct!
There are also some variants… A black eye is a coffee with 2 espresso shots, a dead eye is a coffee with 3 shots.
Did I mention you are stunning?
Safe travels, Bella.

Hi Joe:
Thank you for the reminder on the coffee terms. I always get a kick out of the sentence long names at Starbucks. My sis turned me onto the black eye, red eye and I had forgotten about the dead eye.
After a day of travel today, I needed a dead eye, but decided to strip down and crawl into bed as soon as I walk in the door instead — In the end, what I’m really looking for is a bright eye 😉 — It’s good to be home.
I hope you can make my live cam show this week.
Have a great week!
xoxo
