I trained at the famous muscle beach in Venice, CA today. Even though I’d been to Venice a couple of times before, today was the first time I’d actually worked out there. Venice was loaded with thousands of some of the most colorful people in the world. It was fun to be a part of the energy and to add my personal color to the mix…and the bicep pump wasnt bad either 😉 Denise

I had to get some work done last night so I poured myself a glass of red wine and settled into my work. I ended up working until 3 AM, had 3 glasses of wine and as tired as I was, the wine had me horny.  Who says all work means no play! X Marks the Spot Baby! I love shooting in the desert and I have always found that the heat of the sun and the hot dry breeze coming from a desert mountain surrounding always holds a certain allure for me. There is something so liberating about being out in nature and for me the mix of heat, wind and sun are an irresistible invitation to be the wild and free part of me. I’ve been pretty busy dealing with more server tech issues associated with my new upgrades again. Don’t you just love techie stuff. It’s all awesome when its working but getting it all set up is a real B@$%#H! Anyway, I am pumped about getting my new camera setup working (that happened today), so that means that the new live cam shows begin this week. Yay!

The Arnold’s Weekend was full of athletes and champions from all over the world and from many different sports. At 125 lbs, Anton is a record holding bench press champion who was defending his 410 plus bench press from last year. In this picture he was collecting good luck kisses for his upcoming meet 🙂

I started training again yesterday and today I did a back workout with my buddy Dan. Tomorrow’s leg day and I have a funny feeling by the end of the week I’m going to need a hot tub and a hot oil rub down! 😉

I’m finally back in the office after being on the road for over 2 weeks. My in-box is loaded with messages and a stack of things to do but I love it all! After my week of shooting and the successful cam show tests I ran during the shoots (wow was that fun) and the Arnold’s Fitness Weekend I am pumped to get back to my projects. First and foremost, I got back into the gym today for a heart pounding workout. Second, I’ve pulled just a small sampling of images from the Awesome Arnold’s Expo. that I hope you will enjoy.
