My new bike

Just got a new bike to help make my cardio more fun. Now instead of walking in the morning for 45 minutes I am riding my bike for 60 minutes, all because I like the way the seat feels on my clitty 🙂  It’s all about finding ways to make cardio and workouts fun! Happy bumps day!  xoxo Denise

The benefits of stretching

I believe that challenging yourself a little each day is an essential part of growth and success in life.  Regardless of how well you do, or even if you fail, it’s important to challenge yourself because in the end, you always get something good out of each challenge. Today, I recommend that you challenge yourself  by doing 15 to 30 minutes of stretching exercises. And then do it again tomorrow. Ugh, ohh, mmmm, hey that actually feels really good,  is what I’m guessing you will say.  For me, stretching helps me deal with tight muscles and stress release, and is actually very erotic. All you have to do is remember to breath nice, long deep breaths to help your muscles relax as you stretch.  Even though I am posting a sexy picture of me stretching with this post (to help motivate some of you),  I’m serious about the benefits of stretching. The truth is, stretching promotes better circulation and we all know how good that is for maximum blood flow and volume 😉  Wishing you the wealth that is good health.  xoxo Denise
