This is me spending the entire week and weekend taking care of this foot and getting new sexy galleries and videos ready for my members. I’m not very good at sitting still but as long as I can lift my foot and work I’m good! Stay tuned for more holiday goodies I have coming your way. Love Denise

Today’s workout included Chest & Triceps with some abs sprinkled in. I’m playing around with equipment and figuring out what I can do without putting any weight on my right foot. I get a lot of help from my loves, my friends (near and far) and my Blue scoot. Thank you for the good Juju you put out into the world. I’m grateful as hell. 🙌🏽 xo Denise
Two weeks down and I can’t wait to put my foot down on the ground. So far so good and this woman is being a model patient and doing everything I can to keep my foot off the ground. I’m looking forward to seeing my surgeon this week and fingers crossed he will tell me I can start putting weight on my foot, which brings me to my next idea. Maybe I can do my next live cam show this coming Saturday early afternoon !?
A recent video posted to my YouTube channel got over 1 Million views. I was surprised to find that almost half of those views were from India! So in response to that I went looking for women bodybuilders from the top five countries that watched that video. In order: 1) India, 2) US, 3) South Korea, 4) Brazil, 5) Germany.
