From Las Vegas to Los Angeles following the 2012 Olympia weekend. Today was a day of travel. This is my body on my new training program. After over 25 years of training and doing cardio for my sport of bodybuilding, I am excited about challenging myself and my body to perform in a new type of competition. I did lot’s of flexing during last weeks member cam show, so you can judge for yourself how my female muscles are responding to my new workout routine. Make no mistake about it, I am a woman bodybuilder and an athlete at heart, and no matter how I change my training, my muscles seem to be happy and ready for a big pump.
