I mailed in my vote this morning because I won’t be in Florida on election day and then proceeded to do my cardio to start my day properly. It was a great way for me to start my day, and I highly recommend that all Americans do the same. Besides you never know what you will discover during your walk. Just look at what I found <smile> xoxo Denise
