And today’s adventure was my car died and I had to call for roadside assistance. Right now the car is in the shop and I won’t know anything until tomorrow. Lucky for me super nice people at the show dropped me off at home so I didn’t have to walk in this heat or push the car myself. In the meantime I decided I would handle the added stress of the lost day with some exercise intervention. Studies show that 20 minutes of walking and working out helps with anxiety and stress management, so I started a twitter poll to see if I should be doing a 30 minute walk or 15 push-ups while I wait for my car situation to be resolved. The poll will run for another 19 hours and here are the current results.
