I didn’t have the pleasure of spending any time with my mother today but I made sure I talked to her on the phone and let her know how grateful I feel to have her in my life.  Hug all the great mom’s you know! xoxo Denise

I love Ceasar Milan’s the Dog Whisperer! It has to be my favorite Friday night show. Rehabilitating dogs and training people, you’ve gotta love it. I don’t currently have any pets (except for my lucky dog <wink/wink>), but I’m a big time animal lover and I love watching Ceasar teach people about the importance of maintaining a calm, assertive state. Setting boundaries, limitations and providing the right amount of discipline, exercise and training are all keys to a very happy home life. OK, so I’m no longer talking about handling pets 😉  Have a great weekend! xoxo Denise

I had a lunch date with Lonnie Teper today. Lonnie is one of Ironman Magazines writers and a long time friend. We met at the Cheesecake Factory and talked non-stop for hours. In fact we had so much to catch up on, I dont remember eating lunch, but I do remember the banana cream cheese cake we shared. Yum!  An hour and a half later my butt was in the gym training legs and working off my cheese cake 🙂  xoxo Denise

Happy Cinco De Mayo Amigos. Cinco De Mayo is a day that commemorates the success of the Mexican army in a battle against the French on this day in 1862. The coolest thing about this victory is that the Mexican army was the underdog in a battle that they were significantly out numbered and under equiped to fight. Although its not a big holiday in Mexico, we love  a party and so, Happy Cinco De Mayo!

I’m proud to report that I did not work today! And right now I’m watching Celebrity apprentice, one of my few must see television shows. Finally, I really want to thank everyone for taking the time to send me such warm, heartfelt birthday wishes.  xoxo Denise

My birthday is officially over but I am still celebrating. I started my day by getting my workout in and even though I worked this afternoon, I had lots of fun playing with my new Xbox 360, Batman Lego game (one of my gifts) 🙂 . After that I slipped into a fitted black dress with a deep v-neck collar, a pair of sexy knee high black boots and headed out to a delicious sushi and saki dinner. xoxo Denise

        It’s my birthday so I decided to throw a party that I could enjoy with my fr-ans on cam and that meant I would begin celebrating a couple of days early! 🙂   I have been having so much fun with my cam shows that I just knew it was time to bring along some cake. As you might imagine, things got a little messy, but boy was it fun and tasty! From here on in, all parties should end up with everyone in their BIRTHDAY SUITS!
